The Harwich Chamber of Commerce (HCC) is dedicated to promoting, strengthening and supporting its members and the Harwich business community, as well as the people living in, working in and visiting the Town of Harwich.

MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS

Referrals: The HCC receives more than 20,000 inquiries, including requests for referrals for specific needs for products, services, and activities. Our volunteers and staff are trained to refer to our members only.
FREE opportunity to place brochures or business cards in the Harwich Information Center, a resource for individuals and businesses alike.
FREE website listing and link to your site. Opportunity to advertise on the website.
FREE Harwich Guidebook listing: A favorite resource of residents and second home owners, as well as visitors and businesses, the guide also provides a members-only opportunity to promote your business through advertising. A complete copy of the guide is also available on the HCC website.
FREE use of the Chamber's conference room.
New Member Orientation: Find out about resources, strategies and activities that will help you maximize your Chamber membership. Plus, meet other new members and start networking!
Networking: Business After Hours, dinner meetings and special events provide great opportunities to develop invaluable business contacts. Participate on any of our committees and build strong relationships with your committee members.
Business After Hours: Networking events, free to members, allow Chamber members to meet in a relaxed atmosphere and to build beneficial business relationships.
Dinner Meetings: Dinner meetings offer interesting speakers on timely topics, plus a chance to network with fellow members.
Training: Roundtable workshops and seminars that help our members to build their skills and to grow their businesses.
E-Newsletter: Our newsletter will help keep you current with HCC activities, business trends and issues, and other timely news.
Insurance: Through the Chamber Health Cooperative, Harwich Chamber Members are eligible for discounted health insurance group rates. Please visit the Cooperative's website by clicking here.
Member to member Directories : Save money by taking advantage of a fellow member’s discount and grow your business by offering discounts to HCC members.
Advocacy: As the recognized voice of business in the Harwiches, the Chamber educates, communicates and advocates on behalf of its members and business community.

JOIN THE HARWICH CHAMBER

The Harwich Chamber of Commerce accepts applications for membership year round. The Board of Directors votes on membership applications at its monthly meeting (the second Thursday of each month). Your membership dues cycle is annual, based on the date of joining.

To apply for membership, complete the online form or download the form and mail it with your dues payment to:

If you use the online form, the Chamber will contact you regarding payment of dues. Your dues amount is based on the membership category you select.

Business Category
Full Business Membership*	$255
Right to hold office, insurance and advertising. Carries 1 vote.
Full Business Membership - Banks*	$575
Right to hold office, insurance and advertising. Carries up to 2 votes and can hold up to 2 offices.
Full Business Membership - Resorts*	$555
Resorts (30+ rooms plus full service restaurant on premises with amenities) right to hold office, insurance and advertising. Carries up to 2 votes and can hold up to 2 offices.
Affiliate Business Dues*	$175
A business that shares at least a 50% ownership with an existing Harwich Chamber of Commerce business member. All rights of a full business membership. Carries 1 vote.

INDIVIDUAL CATEGORY
Individual Membership*	$135
Eligible for partial benefits including the right to hold office and insurance at special rates, if certain qualifications are met. Not eligible to advertise. Carries 1 vote.
Friend Membership*	$75
Allows any individuals and/or Non-Harwich Businesses who are interested in the welfare of Harwich to participate. Benefits are social only. No voting privileges.


GROUP CATEGORY
Group Membership*	$255
Civic, trade or other organization, including media. Eligible for all benefits.
Group Membership (nonprofit)*
Civic, trade or other organization, including media. Eligible for insurance and advertising. No voting privileges. Non-profit groups may elect to pay annual dues of $145, or pay annual dues of $90 plus 10 hours of volunteer service with the Chamber.
*The Harwich Chamber of Commerce is a Harwich based business and community organization. All those interested in supporting the Harwich business community are encouraged to apply. Membership is subject to a majority vote by the Board of Directors. Non-Harwich based businesses, organizations and individuals are eligible for membership but may not vote.
