Kicking off the summer season for Harwich, Cape Cod,
the Toast of Harwich is a fun and elegant evening
all set in the spectacular setting of Wequassett Resort on Pleasant
Bay.

Annual Toast of Harwich being held from 6 PM to 9 PM on Friday,
May 15th at the Wequassett Resort on Pleasant Bay in East Harwich.

The Toast of Harwich is a fun-filled evening, showcasing
all that Harwich has to offer and the much awaited kick-off to the
summer season and the Harwich Chamber’s 50th Anniversary.
Food lovers and wine aficionados will indulge in sumptuous cuisine
from Harwich’s finest restaurants such as the Wequassett Resort,
The Cape Sea Grille and The Port just to name a few. Scores of wines
and specialty beverages will be available for sampling.
The silent and live auction will tempt you with beautiful, original
and creative items from Harwich businesses and friends. At the live
auction you can bid on great packages such as two nights lodging
at the Jonathan Munroe House in Edgartown donated by Cape Cod Life,
or an original painting by Milton Welt. At the silent auction bid
on fantastic items such as Flowers for a Year from New England Gardens,
a beauty basket and gift certificate from Heather’s Hair Port,
a boater’s bag filled with this season’s necessities
from Harwich Port Boat Yard, and fabulous fine wine from a number
of well-known distributors. There will also be live music and special
activities to entertain.
